Position : Deskside Engineer (L2) Years of Experience : 2 to 4 Years Work Location : New Delhi Desired Notice Period : Max 15-20 Days Desired Experience and Skills: - Should have very good inter personal communication skills (Both oral and written) - 2 to 4 years of Experience of providing technical support over Phone for US customers. - Good knowledge about windows Active Directory - Knowledge of Monitoring using Nagios monitoring tool - Should have hands on experience of using tools for AWS cloud, such as New Relic for monitoring and Sumo logic for login management and security. - Should have good knowledge about desktop OS Windows 8/10 [Plus windows server 2008/2012 operating system services] - Conceptual Knowledge of Linux (CentOS, Etc.,) - Experience in basic administration of VMware / ESXi and patching VMware servers (Or Awareness of VMware administration concepts) - Good to have basic PowerShell scripting skill - Should have good understanding of basic network concepts - Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills - Should have knowledge about MS office applications and O365. - Experience in using ServiceNow for ticket management is preferred. - Experience in performing patching activity using SCCM / WSUS - Should be ready to work in rotational shift to provide 24/7 support. - Should be ready to work in 12 hour shift on need basis If the mentioned opportunity is relevant and of your interest share your updated CV in the word format along with the following details in the cover note to take this ahead.
