This individual must be enthusiastic about improving efficiencies that can support and scale accelerated growth targets.Key Responsibilities :- Will work on Lead generation, used car business expansion, making sales & marketing strategies- Strategize and develop digital marketing, brand positioning for the company and drive the team for performance marketing- Lead insight projects, formulate product positioning and messaging for product marketing- Lead the content and editorial team to develop the right content for growth and also lead Marcom/ PR for the company- Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make a complex analysis. Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement- Drive continuous improvement and simplification of all system and process related items for the used car team- Partner with internal resources to support continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions- Assist with annual budget and planning for sales- Never stop looking for creative solutions to make our business operations team more efficient and ways to help accelerate sales bookings- Work closely with Leadership, department managers and various levels of the organization to develop and implement process improvement strategies- Responsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools that improve kiosk reliability and performance as well as operational processes and efficiencies- Work with Leadership to evaluate, develop, and enhance key operational and financial metricsWho we are looking for :- Ideal Candidate should come with MBA from a B-School with experience in creating and executing Performance Marketing ( which includes Digital marketing) and a strong understanding of BTL, stints that showcase a superlative ability to stay ahead of the curve.- Expertise performance marketing & at least two subdomains and comfort with all other subdomains of marketing - Brand, creative & content, insights and analytics, consumer journey/exp management, events & activation, Lead gen/growth hacking, and communication.- Comfort with Startup operating model and consumer tech potential- Well networked in the Marketing & Advertising ecosystem with the ability to get a disproportionate level of creativity for the company,
