Job Description

- You will be working with the CEO in India to develop the strategy for the India office for a digital marketing/ analytics firm in media space- New approaches on how HR function can help deliver better and how to improve the internal functionThe candidate has to be able to reduce attrition rate in companies by improving employee experience and will have 3 -4 direct reportees who will be working closely with the company.
