Job Description

The HR Director will lead our clients People team and its members, in order to guide their people strategy for the entire organization. While embracing their mission, you will focus on building overall HR programs and processes in a fast-moving environment. You will have an opportunity to drive the companys growth and make an impact with your expertise, working closely with senior leadership to create and drive initiatives in organizational design, performance management, and culture.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead the People team and implement change within the Company that drives innovation, enhance employee relations, operational excellence, and competitive advantage- Create and support the companys strategic plans with Senior Leadership- Develop and manage onboarding processes in accordance with the companys culture- Establish metrics/KPIs and growth paths for staff while measuring performance- Communicate metrics/KPI and growth paths to senior management- Work with management to find strategies to improve individual performance of team members, including senior management and leadership- Use data to create policy and drive company goals with consideration to company liability and compliance- Work with Talent Acquisition to compile and analyze compensation packages- Assess staffing needs and deliver tangible plans/solutions for each department- Work with Finance to prepare quarterly and annual hiring budgets/roadmapsREQUIREMENTS:- 10+ Years of experience in HR/Organizational Management- Additional experience in recruiting and personnel development roles- Masters degree in MBA/HR/Organizational Management preferred- Self-motivated individual who strives to go above and beyond to do whats best for employees- Experience interacting and influencing decisions of senior leadership based upon implications of human resources strategies and programs- Ability to quickly build rapport with multiple internal teams- Thrives in a fast-moving environment where things are constantly changing- Extraordinary attention to detail and process-minded, exhibiting strong analytical and project management skills- Ability to navigate complex issues in a start-up/e-commerce environment and come up with solutions for employees at all levels of the Company- Questions the status quo and isnt afraid to speak up- You think strategically but like to roll up your sleevesWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:- Build upon the already successful People team into a force to be reckoned with- Already implementing programs and initiatives within your first 30 days- Creating open lines of communication with senior leadershipApply now!,
