As a .NET Developer you will be involved in design, development, coding, customization, configuration, testing, and deployment in support of enterprise packaged solutions.Job Responsibility:- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.- Revise, update, re-factor and debug code.- Participate as a team member in all phases of S/W lifecycle, including the analysis and design of S/W systems.- Participate in integrated testing of product/ package.- Participate in difficult and typical coding assignments with responsibility of a small module consisting of 3 - 5 members.- Participate in exploration/ feasibility study of product.- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentations, flowcharts, layouts, diagram, charts, code. comments and clear code; Ensuring that project task are completed in defined effort and timelines- Testing: Writing of test cases, unit testing, system testing, negative testing- Trouble shooting: Log analysis and database query optimization- Update job knowledge by studying state of the art development tools, programming techniques & computing equipment; participates in educational opportunities, reads professional publications & maintains personal networks.- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, summarizing development & service issues.- Develop software solution by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying system flow, data usage and work processes, investigating problem areas, following delivery cycle.- Ensure compliance with Newgen Quality Systems and Procedures.- Maintains confidentiality of information wherever required.Required Candidate profileDesired Profile:- The incumbent should be BE/B Tech/MTech Computer Science Graduates with 2-5 years in .NET programming (.NET 4.0/.NET 4.5), ASP.Net, VB.Net/C# .Net, SOAP/REST and experience in Oracle database.- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS.- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).- Strong background in object oriented development techniques.- Experience with Web Services, Windows Services, WCF and Service Oriented Architecture a plus.- Understanding of Agile methodologies.- Ability to work out algorithms and design patterns is mandatory. Must be able to develop practical algorithms with strong knowledge on data structures.- Expertise in Multi-threaded programming, performance counters, debugging issues using Visual Studio and Win Dbg.- Should have: Clear thinking, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal and written communication, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye for detail, perseverance, discreetness and diplomacy, analytical thinking; sound independent decision making and team work.- Must possess the attitude to deliver solution First Time Right.Email cv : sonia@careernetsolutions.com
