Requirement gathering directly with clients Preparing documentation like DFD, FSD etc. & manage project scope and change requests (CR) Provides innovative solutions to project level technical issues. Handle projects independentlyt Required to work on multiple projects at a time Constant monitoring to identify Inter team skill training requirement for improvement Responsible for imparting Technical assistance as & when required within the team Client discussions to generate additional business from the existing project Responsible for report over Project mapping, its lifecycle and final delivery along with periodical client communication Liaison with project team and deliver projects as per scheduled milestones, such as risk, quality, and time Skills: Minimum experience of 6 or more years with around 3 years of Team Management Experience Candidate should be well versed at managing Dot Net technologies; must have worked on CMS, Ecommerce platforms Good exposure in APIs integrations Excellent problem solving & conceptual skills Good at all level of Communication Experience in MicroSoft.Net Framework, ASP.NET 2.0 & 3.5, C#, MS SQL Server 2005/ 2008, ADO.NET, Visual Studio 2005, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX Strong knowledge of creation and integration of Web Services Experience with Net 2.,
