We are looking to hire an Engagament Manager for our Hyperlocal clients in Delhi location, who will be majorly handling engagement for the assigned clientele and internal project operations. What do we want from you Establish a thorough understanding of client s business, brand, customers and competitive landscape. Etablish and maintain client relationships including client communication, report delivery and project management. Work with cross functional teams of analysts and technologists to implement and deliver on client commitments. Be on top of daily operations and deliverablesCollaborate with internal managers and teams for daily operations and ensuring the delivery is happening within the commited SLAsCreate reports and presentations for clients need, if or when required. Manage projects and be worrying about their completion. Who could you be You should have at least 3+ years of experience and have worked with a start-up or an agency in a project management/ operations/ engagement role. You have experience into Digital Marketing and understanding of Media channels like Google, Shopping , Facebook, etc. You need to have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You need to be in the current generation of Internet and industry. Eexcellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment. You need to be great at articulating your thoughts and presenting a clear well-defined structure. And most importantly, LOVE customers strive for every inch of their satisfaction.
