Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION OF QUALITY ENGINEER:-EXPERIENCE: 04-08 YearsEducation MAXIMUM: B. Tech in Mechanical EngineeringAnnual CTC- 3-4.5 LPALocation- Delhi NCR region/Ready to relocateKeywords/Skills:- Quality control, Quality surveying, Plastic injection moulding, root cause analysis, Machine shop, Assembly line.
    1. Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companys management.
    2. Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation.
    3. Attend client quality management meetings.
    4. Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
    5 .Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project qualit management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
    1. Defect Analysis using quality tools (i.e. 7 QC tools, five why analysis etc.).
    2. Responsible for all incoming material inspection activities.
    3. Responsible for all Outgoing material inspection activities.
    4. Maintaining data and 5S.
    5. Manage the team of QC Inspectors.
    6. Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
    7. Monitor statistical method reporting.
