1.We are looking for a vehicle validation - with mechanical / automobile background, to test vehicle and its performance 2.Sould have in-depth knowledge of vehicle system functionality . 3.Vehicle level validation of Engine,Air intake,Exhaust and Fuel system systems on proving grounds and RWUP 4.DVP preparation, Test planning,Test case preparation, 5.Vehicle instrumentation for various test execution. 6.Test driving and hands on experience in execueting Acceleration performance,Max Speed, Fuel economy evaluation , Enviromental evaluation and costdown test. 7.Subjective assessment of vehicle performance, degradation assessment 8.Powertrain and its support system test execution - Performance, capacility, RWUP, etc 9.Validation concerns reporting & tracking for closure 10.Result analysis & Reporting 11.Development of new test procedures and SOPs 12.Field failure analysis & PDCA cycle development. 13.Should able to deliver the project requirements along with cross funtional team.ExperienceMinimum 3 YearsIndustry PreferredAutomotive OEMQualificationsBE/B.Tech - Mechanical/AutomobileFunctional Competencies1. Vehicle systems & powertrain system knowledge. 2. Subjective assessment skills - Powertrain System 3. Analysis skills - Test results, Concerns 4. Test driving skills. 5.
