Job Description

What you ll be doing.You will be working on Infra support for WebSphere, WebLogic, MQ and webserver components. Will be working on AWS Migrations from on-prem to AWS.

  • Implementing Docker and Kubernetes framework.
  • Creating CICD Pipeline for infra setups using Jenkins, Cloud formation and Ansible.
  • Implementing AWS cloud services like EC2, EBS, and ECS.
  • Working with Dev and QA teams to troubleshoot application issues.
  • Working and supporting business critical applications from cloud, DevOps and infra perspective.
  • Automation and scripting using: Shell, Perl or Python.
  • Performance tuning of Weblogic and Websphere JVMs.
  • Monitoring applications using monitoring tools and taking preventive action.
Where youll be working:In this hybrid role, youll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Application support expertise in WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, MQ or webserver components.
  • Experience in CICD Pipeline for infra setups using Jenkins, Cloud formation and Ansible.
  • Experience of migrating applications to Public Cloud.
Even better if you have:
  • A degree.
  • Two or more years of relevant work experience.
  • AWS Certification.
  • Experience in implementation of Docker and Kubernetes framework.
  • Experience in AWS cloud services like EC2, EBS, ECS.
  • Experience supporting applications in 24x7 model.
  • Experience with troubleshooting server and application issues.
