Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues2. Handling correspondence directed to managers3. Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently4. Producing reports and presentations5. Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems6. Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.7. Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.8. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.9. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.10. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.11. Helping prepare for meetings.12. Accurately recording minutes from meetings.13. Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.14. Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.15. Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.Executive Assistant requirements:-1. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks2. Active3.
