This role will be responsible for Facility maintenance, Preventive Maintenance activities and shift activities for process and utility equipments.Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance of all process, Utility, Lab & Electrical equipments and maintains the records. Prepare and submission of Equipment URS,DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ and validation documents to QA Monitor daily meter reading of electrical & water consumption. Routine & Breakdown Maintenance of all process, Utility, Lab and Electrical equipments and maintain the records. Execute AMC as per the planner in coordination with vendor and endusers. Issue of work permits and ensure safety at work place. Responsible for Lab Equipments utility services and trouble shooting. Maintenance of Refrigerators and deep freezers. Maintenance of Fume hoods, Bio- safety cabinets, LAF`s and equipments. Maintenance of scrubber exhaust`s systems, compressors, vacuum pump and chiller. Completion of breakdown calls AHU filter cleaning, monitoring of Temp/RH and air/ chilled water flow Coordinate with supply chain department for spares ordering. Review of GA, Layouts and P&I drawings. Commissioning and handing over of equipment to user department. Implementation of process & utility equipment preventive maintenance as scheduled. Breakdown analysis and implementation of CAPA Improve work place safety to ensure zero incidents. Adherence to quality standards and compliance to the Customer and statutory audits. Energy conservation and cost control plan & Implementation. Prepare the monthly utility consumption report. Equipment and material tracking for timely deliverables. Acknowledgment of maintenance calls and assign to the respective areas Possess the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safetyEducational Qualification: BE/B.Tech Electrical and Electronics engineeringTechnical/functional Skills: Good documentation skills Ability to handle vendors & contractors Exposure to ERP/SAP Candidate to handle shift activities individually. Sound knowledge in GMP and documentations. Hands on experience in SAP plant maintenance module. Good in handling Auto cad softwar Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the teamExperience: 1-4 years of maintenance experience.Behavioral Skills:Good communication Good Team player Dynamic and initiative,
