Should be able to bring fresh ideas and industry best practices to take the onboarding experience to next level to welcome for new joiners.Incumbent is expected create the environment of paperless onboarding experience and guide the new joiners with the organization s policies and guidelines to prepare them for smooth journey in Syngene. Operational excellence: Contribute in bringing the concept of data democratization and maintain the high degree of accuracy, security and integrity and manage error free personal data base to support Syngene in its objective of being a strong data driven organization. Managing DBMS(SAP), personal file management etc.

    *** Experience on BACKGROUND VERIFICATION will be an added advantage*** Business analytics and Artificial intelligence: Support in creating inferential dashboards, Smart reports, Monthly Management Information reports for business to take the fact based decisions.Learn the concepts and process related to employee confirmation, transfers, offboarding etc. to ensure that HR process always supports a positive employee experienceProviding ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements Technical requirements: ERP exposure is a must, SAP HR Module experience will be an added advantageExpertise should include Microsoft Office especially MS Excel, PowerPoint Behavioral skills: Stakeholder ManagementGood communication skillAble to handle the large scale operationsAbility to work in diverse teamsSolution oriented approach Qualification: MBA in Human Resource ManagementExperience: 01 to 03 years,
