Job Description

    Position: FP&ALocation: Delhi-Corporate officeEducational Qualification: CA MandatoryRole:Accounts and MIS:- Review and finalisation of Monthly MIS .- Preparation & tracking of CRMS (Management Tool) and various Management reports.- Coordination with subsidiaries and consolidation of various reports.- Profitability analysis at subsidiaries level.- Adding Various Synergies in the business.- Functional Integration with newly acquired entity. Financial Analysis:- - Formulating Annual budgets while preparing analysis & allocations for various departments including accounts, sales, IT etc.- Doing Benchmarking with different entities to enhance efficiency & for P&L upliftment Financial Reporting- Preparing models to project long term growth & determine the business impacting factors.- Drafting cash flows & tax statements for Management reporting. Taxation :- Formulating tax policies for chairmans office according to European tax laws.- Providing assistance to CFO in European tax Assessments.- Supports consultants in preparing Local & Master File for transfer Pricing Audit Of different countries. Knowledge of drafting of TP audits reports- Candidates with good interpersonal skills and leadership ability.- Candidates with manufacturing industry experience preferred.,
