Position: General Manager for IT Job Responsibilities :- Own and execute Digital roadmap for the company- Define and Implement the framework for managing large digital projects across the organization- Drive digital journey of the organization and manage the initiatives to take them to completion- Develop ecosystem for digital journey including cloud and on-premise infra, front-end and back-end applications- Represent Technology in business discussions and ensure necessary technology capabilities as needed to deliver business strategy are developed- Leverage latest technologies to enable business functions to achieve their KRAs- Ensure proper information security practices implementation & compliance to safeguard intellectual property- Maintain availability Service Level Agreement for all new digital tools finalized and implemented- Ensure New IT penetration increases through - Training, introducing digital solutions, introducing excitement around future digital technologies and solutions, Digital Innovation sprints, Working with start-ups etc- Ensure compliance on Software Assets Licenses; Follow change control & config. management
