Job Description

ObjectiveWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business & Technology Consultant and Industry subject matter champion from Smart city, Smart Infrastructure (Building, Campus, Aero cities, Ports), Connected Communities and Connected Ecosystem domain with high appreciation of next generation information and digital technologies, to join our organization for Global Practice Leader role. In this role, you will play a critical role in Smart City/Smart Infrastructure practice growth and success to create technology enabled domain led consulting value propositions, digital solutions, industry centric alliances and Smart City opportunities. Candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate experience in solution creation and response, business analysis and developing solutions in the area of Smart City, Campus, and Building. Should have knowledge and appreciation for Smarter Cities, Smarter Townships, Public Safety, Smart Business Parks, Economic Development, and Smart E-Gov.Job description:

  • Lead Smart City Solution opportunities, RFI/ RFI responses as a Domain and Technology expert on Smart Cities
  • Implement a structured approach to capturing business requirements and translating them into IT requirements
  • Lead customer interactions, presentations and articulate requirements to develop assets to create differentiation in deals
  • Develop cross service line offering from consulting, Master System Integrator, System Integration and Outsourcing and analyze right solution options and recommend the preferred option
  • Develop strategic alliances (solution/funding partners/infrastructure firms) based on market requirements
  • Develop industry specific services/solutions for Smart Township, Smart Business/Industrial Parks, Smart Ports and Connected Spaces
  • Identify areas of additional opportunities to generate down-stream business, over and beyond the scope of work defined by the client.
  • Drive demystification, point of view on topical subjects through contribution and authoring of thought/white papers.
  • Qualified candidates should understand how to produce results when working in challenging client environments and/or new business areas.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Must hold Bachelor Degree or equivalent complemented with MBA or business studies
  • Should have a over 15 years of experience across Smart City and Smart Infrastructure ICT Strategy, Transformation and Consulting role with Systems Integration background
  • Should have been involved in at least couple of Smart City and aligned initiatives involving technology led initiative that included design, develop and manage IT & Systems landscape for greenfield or brownfield infrastructure
  • Excellence in Business analysis to address customer problems, quick analytical thinking, and able to have focused energy in transforming the requirements into solutions
  • Should have keen appreciation and knowledge of how Digital solutions like Mobility, IoT, Analytics, Cloud, Virtual Design Construction /BIM, AI and cognitive can be leveraged by the Airport industry.
  • Excellent communication, team working, leadership skills - ability to communicate business information to widely varied audiences (Customers, Prospects, Partners and Vendors).
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude, a strong desire to learn and shape your own career path. Commitment to making a positive lasting client impact.
  • Excellent presentation, Experience and commitment to develop/ deliver reports/ finished document.
  • The ability to succeed in a professional environment where client and project direction is not always well defined.
