Job Description

    Global Sales Manager- Responsible for Achieving Budgeted Topline of Growth Unit comprising of Key based primarily in the Europe, Asia & Africa. The incumbent will play a key role in the business development in the international markets, liaise with various stakeholders in the company to ensure achievement of monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales objectives.Sales / Marketing- Identify Prospective customers in the target region Develop strong relations with his/ her customers- Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales objectives- Review the market environment, and take course corrective measures promptlyFinancial- Analyze Product- wise Sale, Selling Prices and Trend Analysis- Analyze Variances in Sales Targets, Quantities- Prepare Sales Performance Review PresentationsMarket Research- Monitor Global and Domestic Competition in Exports Markets, Analyse Demand- Supply Balances of assigned chemicals and decide sales price for the customers.- Business Intelligence (Collect Market Information thru Secondary Research, Subscribed News Databases and Industry Journals Periodicals)- Tracking Competitors (thru their annual reports, balance sheets, news, other secondary sources)- Product wise Market Research (incl. industry imports/ exports)- Monitor Global and Domestic Prices of Major Raw Materials and Finished Products.Strategic- Sales Budget PreparationQualification And Experience:i. BE & MBA from Reputed Tier 1 Institutes with Experience of 2-8 years in international sales/ Exports of chemicals in Europe, Asia & Africaii. Exposure to business development/ product management in Large Indian/ Global companies in Chemicals Industry Preferableiii. Knowledge of Logistics & Shipping iv. Exposure to International Sales of Chemicalsv. Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills are other value-added advantagesvi. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.vii.
