Located in Bishangarh Village in the Jaipur District, barely 6km off the Delhi- Jaipur National Highway, Alila Fort Bishangarh is easily accessible from both Delhi and Jaipur. As a Guest Services Supervisor, your main responsibility is to lead the team to ensure smooth and effective arrival experiences as well as assist them with any queries they have during their stay. You ensure that all inquiries are taken care of in timely manner. As a key leader provide continuous training to the Front Office team, and you always seek to anticipate guests needs to help ensure that their stay is a memorable one. JOB REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will meet the following criteria, Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar Experience in Front Office Supervisory position Well- groomed, friendly and warm personality Confident communication skills Computer literacy in Opera Fidelio, Micros, Microsoft Office, EDC Machine Good English language skills (spoken and written), additional language skills preferred.,
