PURPOSETo Set up a digital sales channel which will focus on enhancing presence and enquiries through the digital medium (social media, website, digital advertisements) and create a digital platform (Virtual dealership/web portal/mobile application) for connecting and showcasing the products & services to the customers. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:The role holder would focus on enhancing customer experience, providing a single digital point for all products and services and generating sales through this channel. The incumbent is expected to have a revenue target(1) Develop business plan for the digital channel with focus on revenue, marketing channels and margin (2) Focus on local lead generation and sales online(3) Identify correct spend by channel, develop additional new channels pertinent to target and product(4) Set up end to end lead culmination process and customer experience(5) Set up end to end online customer interface and experience(6) Ensure seamlessness with existing sourcing, delivery processes (7) Collaborate cross functionally with CXOs to ensure seamlessness in new technology and existing SOPsKPIS :(1) New revenue generation from Digital lead generation & online sales(2) Cost of Acquisition(3) Sales Marketing RoI,
