Job Description

    Lead - Process Excellence Required Skills :- The candidate should have experience of 5-10 years.- An MBA from Top - tier college is a must.- Prior experience with distribution planning and channel implementation.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Good with data & data representation.- Planning & execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously- Data-driven with a strong analytical bent- Working knowledge of tools in BI. Who will be preferred : - Entrepreneurial individual, self-starter with a drive to succeed, proactive and decisive hands-on individual- The candidate who is open for field visits involved to understand the process from the ground level.- A researcher approach is required- Problem-solving approach- Study, Identify the loopholes & provide solutions with facts and figures.- Working experience in a start-up is an added advantage. What you will do :- Manage various SOP to execute multiple campaigns/processes- Field visits involved understanding the process from the ground level- Create the right processes, tools, roles, and forums to enhance organizational learning & Growth.- Drive knowledge checks and identify gaps for process /campaigns.- Devise processes to capture knowledge across the team - Build training skill in the team, and create a center of excellence for process- Train, motivate, coach, and correct the team to ensure standards are met across the country.- Updating and up-gradation of skills, tools, and techniques by studying trends and development in quality and process standards,
