Job Description

Job Responsibility:- Will be responsible for customer facing sales, sales engineering, and order entry aspects of the architecture and implementation- Responsible for leading accelerated deployment of transformational initiatives.- Success parameter for the incumbent is to drive efficiencies and effectiveness for offline-to-online initiatives.- Define course of action to select technology solutions from options offered by partners in order to minimize future technological debt & flaws- Provide input on possible new features and additions to the ecosystem to warrant sustainability (e.g., addition of an electronic wallet, B2B module to offer sell in services to small customers- Analyze funnel cashflow to day to day operations- The candidate will be required to interface with all aspects of the sales organization across multiple channels and segments- Ultimately the program has a goal of one common simplified process and this role will be challenged to find ways to accommodate various needs while achieving that outcome.- Drive cross functional sales initiatives across business- Analyze trends data demographics pricing strategies and other information for sales transformation- Build governance mechanism for portfolio performance and key performance indicatorsExperience - 10+ years of leadership experience- Strong understanding of businesses- Experience influencing large groups- Strong global business acumen with experience working in different geographies around the world- Ability to translate global priorities into local business solutions and partner with respective functions to determine how new venture fits into the growth agenda,
