Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesTaking care of assigned branches recruitment activities throughout levels, disciplines & divisions.Handling niche senior leadership positions, mid-level search (Lateral Hiring) and bulk hiring for junior level positions.Working on vacant positions as per the requirement and MRF receivedRecruitment plan for critical positions along with business headsSourcing and conducting interviews with reporting managersSalary negotiation with the shortlisted candidatesReference check of the shortlisted candidatesSeating allocation plan of the shortlisted candidatesReleasing offer letters of the shortlisted candidateE-Profiling completion (documentation)Appointment letter generationManagement of Permanent and Contract employees.Coordination for completion of appraisal process (both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development)Exit interview & Exit- clearance formalitiesCampus Hiring & coordination across IndiaHandling transfer & re-hire casesDesired Candidate ProfileHigh internal standards and applies tough criteria to own deliverables for every task assigned.Understands HR to be both a service and a control function; doesnt see these as divergent (knows that credibility gained from service leads to the acceptance of control suggestions/actions)Acumen and understanding of financials and ties HR activities to the bottom line, knowing what levers to pull to influence budgeting/ forecast etc.Knows when its important to be able to act as a mature advisor and when to be a dependable worker by rolling up sleeves and executing a job assigned.Qualification:- Must be MBA HR
