Job Description

Dear Candidate,We are hiring for HR Recruiter for our internal team. Please find below the details for your reference:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees.
  • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Self-Source potential candidates from various platforms. (e.g., social media)
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates. (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
  • Provide shortlistings of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, includingtime-to-fill,time-to-hireandsource of hire.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Skills Required:
  1. Must be from TA background
  2. Min 2 years exp in the similar industry or consultancy
  3. Can work under pressure of targets
  4. Good communication skills
