Job Description

  • Inputs employee personal data into SAP HR through Personnel Administration (PA) including promotion, termination of employment and organization changes for EFI offices worldwide.
  • Applies good knowledge of Organization Management (OM) for maintaining an accurate worldwide organizational structure including position creation, changing attributes using SAP HR and partnering with the Global Shared Services to ensure accurate and timely information is entered.
  • Generate Adhoc/Scheduled reports and work with HRBPs to identify reporting requirements and develop reports as needed.
  • Payroll data audit and data integrity
  • Act as a liaison between business and systems during analysis, development and testing phases as part of systems integration and upgrade.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle, produce, maintains confidential information in a dynamic work environment.
  • Active participation in global projects and work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • Detail oriented with 2 - 3 years of HR systems experience and the ability to prioritize tasks and proactively meet deadlines.
  • Working Knowledge of SAP HR or multiple HRIS application experience.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and process.
  • Must obtain a Bachelors degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
  • This position will be working the evening shift (IST) to support the offices worldwide.
  • SAP-HR experience with Master Data and Org Management, Ad-hoc reporting and Microsoft Excel is a big plus.
