Dear Candidate, We are looking for Import / Export Documentation Executivewho do have hands on Experience in Sale/Purchase ContractRoles and Responsibilities:1. Preparation of Sale/Purchase Contract2. Follow up on Loading and Shipment Schedules and ensure timely loading3. Get the loading pictures of all our shipments as per DGFT guidelines4. All shipping documents ( BL, form A1, SWC etc) to be finalized5. Make sure to get the scanned and courier of Shipping Documents (BL, Form A1, Swc) within 3 days of loading.6. Preparation of Import/Export Documents( BILL of Exchanges, Invoice, Packing List, certificate of origin, Form 9, Form 6, No War Certificate, Analysis Certificate, Freight Certificate, PSIC, and approval from Buyer7. Preparation of LC documents( Apera)8. Presentation of Documents in the Bank9. Send Scanned Copies of documents to the Buyer10. Containerize Tracking Sheet to be made and update on daily basis11. Import/Export Transaction Records update12. Follow up with CHA on all our shipments arriving at ICD and ensure their timely release without any Penalties.13. Bookings from Shipping Line and Freight Forwarders14.
