Manage day-to-day operations and client servicing for 3-4 accounts, a mix of key and small clients2. Ensure business KPI/SOW achievement month on month/Qtr wise and achieve business goals and numbers3. Ensure attendance, billing, payouts, and collections project-wise4. Manage a support team, including implants/MIS teams, and be a team player5. Build and maintain client relationships and have a strong understanding of the manpower business6. Take new initiatives on how to grow the business7. Be well-versed in IT/application solutions with prior experience in managing the same8. Be willing to travel across the North for client meetingsQualifications1. Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.2. Having relevant experience in Non-IT staffing company as an Key Account Manager or Program Manager is must.8. 5+ years of experience in key account management, operations, or client servicing4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines6. Excellent communication and presentation skills7.
