- Conduct market analysis to understand technology landscape, including most common solutions, usage patterns / behavioral paradigms, and medtech market trends- Design and conduct ethnographic research to identify unmet needs, test concepts and understand user preferences- Identify Segments, Geographies, respondents of interest- Create research plan including approach, deliverables, timelines and resources needed- Create discussion guides customized to each respondent group of interest- Manage / Conduct research through F2F interactions with the respondents of interest to complement efforts of team- Monitor progress in research and Communicate status periodically to Global teams- Synthesise research findings and present to Global teams- Manage internal team and external vendors, freelance consultant- Build relationships with practitioners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in therapy areas of focus- Understand efficacy, pros and cons of currently available medtech solutions,
