This position is in the corporate entityDescription :Reporting to the HR Head, you will be responsible for : - Managing reward interventions for group companies such as - bench-marking, annual salary revisions, design of incentive and benefits programs, job evaluation- Designing of new initiatives and implementation of running P&R programs- Analysing existing compensation and reward policies (Short term, Long Term & Benefits Programs) basis the research and market data develop/propose a competitive solution- Responsible for releasing performance & reward-related dashboards, MIS, audit reports, etc.Profile :- 4-7 years of working experience in HR Rewards consulting role or in-house Rewards SME team- MBA is good to have.- Data-oriented and hands-on with numbers.- Excellent Analytical, MS Excel & Presentations skills- Good verbal and written communication skillsJob Offer :Ability to work with the leadership team, growth within the organization and other entities, and have a chance to impact a large conglomerate.,
