Job Description

    Lease Manager - Retail/Textiles/Apparel/Fashion/Footwear Our client is a leading Retail Apparel Firm with a global presence- Responsible for the expansion in a specific geographic region in a specified country, both for new stores as well as for lease actions for existing stores (renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions and terminations).- Ensures that the portfolio is commercially competitive in the geographic area- Negotiates lease actions for existing stores (kick-outs, terminations, lease term, extensions, rent reductions)- Coordinates portfolio reviews- Creates growth strategy by developing and maintaining the road map for the geographic region- Makes sure full potential in geographic region is mapped and added to the roadmap- Makes sure competition is continuously mapped- Creates and follows up on pipeline- Prior Contract Management experience is a must,
