Job Description

    Manager/ Asst. Manager -B2B Sales (Printing & Packaging)- New Business Development- To aggressively develop market for industrial customers. - Increase the profitability in the regions and provide cost effective solutions to the clients. - To collect payments as per company policy. - Resolve customer complaints effectively.- Develop excellent personal relationship with customer at all levels.- Strong and focused sales approach - Understand nature, size and segmentation of market opportunity.- To develop & manage new customers and negotiate commercial deals in line with assigned sales targets.- Strong and in-depth understanding of market, product, and competitors - Conversion of sales, Retention of existing customers and periodic increase in business- Strong Relationship Management with existing customers for continuous retention and growth in business - Good leadership skills and team motivator - Result oriented and aggressive sales approach. - Complaint handling and Issue resolution within TimelinesQualification And Experience:1. MBA with 6-10 Years of Business Development or Industrial Sales Experience in Plastics films/ Polymers/ Inks/ Adhesives/MBPP & SBPP, Laminates / Flexible packaging / solvents / plastics or related allied industries.2. Strategic thinker, problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.3. Strong planning, organizational, multi-tasking and project management skills.4. Proven ability to motivate, train, and engage others in an enthusiastic way.5. Experience in developing sales strategies.6. Outgoing, poised, and persuasive communicator.7.
