  • Assess and understand customer needs to create customized solutions through an effectively articulated value proposition statement enabling customer s business improvement
  • Develop customized learning solution as per the problem statement defined by the client and create compelling presentations
  • Conduct multiple negotiations with the spocs of the client and ensure proper sales contracts are drafted ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Responsible for all collections, account reconciliation in close support with our finance team
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Contact potential clients, establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Find and developing new markets and improve sales
Essential Qualification
  • Preferably-MBA, with minimum 8 years of work experience
  • Domain knowledge of L&D products and solution
  • Proven new business development skills within an industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives from start to finish
  • Basic finance knowledge in terms of preparing cost sheets
  • Ability to build customized solutions and learning frameworks that deliver tangible value to the marketplace
  • Engaging with senior management and having sound functional knowledge of sales and service functions in a direct and channel set up
  • Must have stong consultative and negotiation skills. (act like a consultant/advisor to client s business - can be deleted)
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills, including coordinating with support functions like finance,legal etc.
  • Time management and planning skills
