Job Description

The role is a core part of the Digital Excellence team which manages multichannel customer experiences, and ensures continuous improvement in the customer experience we provide, by maximizing the business impact of various campaigns and activities. The role works closely with the Marketing, Sales, Medical, Business Excellence & Training teams to collaboratively identify the critical success factors for multi-channel campaigns and activities, and proactively generate actionable insights to maximize business impact.The role generates actionable insights to the cross functional brand teams (Marketing, Medical, Sales) through rigorous analysis of data across various sources covering customer experience and execution. This enables the brand teams to drive multichannel execution excellence across customer facing and centrally managed digital channels as defined in the annual tactical customer plan.Tasks & responsibilities

  • Collaboratively define the key customer & business questions.
  • Identify the key data sources & determine the metrics required to answer the business questions.
  • Provide actionable insights on a regular basis to the cross-functional brand teams to drive execution excellence and attain business goals.
  • Standardize and automate the insight generation process iteratively.
Requirements
  • Education : Post graduate degree in Data Science/Analytics/MBA
  • Key skills: Tableau, advanced analytics in MS Excel, Adobe Analytics
  • Self driven with an experimental mindset, comfortable analysing data from multiple sources while understanding its relevance to existing and planned multichannel marketing activities.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
  • Candidate must have an experience on closing the loop on ICP or tactical plan for the brand.
  • Advanced analytics in MS Excel knowledge is required.
