Work in close co-operation with the Human Resource Business Partners and other CoE functions, ensure that large-scale change management projects are designed and solutioned with focus on organizational capability and performanceImplement organization wide OD/ diversity/ culture programs in partnership with business leadersSupport development of projects end-to-end either directly or through facilitation of external resources/ consultants.
