Job Description

    • 1. Candidate should have knowledge of all Unit processes and Unit operations.
    • 2. Scope includes basic and detailed engineering of project packages. Review / approval & Development of PFD and P&IDs.
    • 3. Handling of projects related to water system, CIP systems, process equipment, Effluent treatment plants and utility requirements of processes.
    • 4. Erection & Commissioning assistance to be given at site on need basis.
    • 5. Candidate should be familiar with equipment qualification and GMP practices.
    • 6. Job includes co-ordination with OEM, A&E consultants & PMC for engineering drawings.
    • 7. Review / comment / approval on GFC drawings / specifications / datasheets and any other documents that may required for the project.
    • 8. Follow ups with consultant for GFC drawings, deliverables. Follow ups with vendor for the material delivery and site mobilization.
    • 9. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering / Project activities.
    • 10. Daily and Weekly Meetings with OEMs of Process equipments and Line Equipments and Process Contractor to review Daily and Weekly Progress at site
    • 11. Ensuring issuance of all details and drawings duly stamped for execution of work to the Process Equipment OEM and other stakeholders.
    • 12. Keeping record of all project deliverables and approvals copy and monitoring the project progress on daily and weekly basis.
    • 13. Reviewing engineering current status and initiating the necessary corrective action.
    • 14. Support for process tender preparation. Co-ordination with all internal and external stakeholders for project activities.
    • 15. Checking of Bill of OEMs and tracking of bills record to ensure the cash flow.
    • 16. Collecting Detail and Data for Preparation of DPR of the specific projects.
    • 17. To coordinate the works of various contractors / sub-contractors / agencies at site
    • 18. Preparation of snag list by monitoring each & every OEM of Line Equipment and Process Equipments + Process Contractor work activity.
    • 19. To ensure preparation of As-Built Drawings from OEMs, contractors and consultants.
