Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct desk and primary research based on research requests focusing on, but not limited to, market trends, segmentation analysis, consumer preferences, value chain assessments, competitor intelligence, pricing and landscape analysis- Lead the User Intelligence (UQ) team and liaise with the wider Equalize Team to ensure product and service development is driven by realistic market insights- Conceptualize design and methodology for market and user research- Create and manage respondents and KOL database for research- Synthesize information into actionable items, reports and presentations- Identify, map and build capacity of internal UQ team and report on areas needing improvement and successSkills and Qualifications : - Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field- 5+ years of experience working as market researcher/analyst, preferably around medical technology and public health- Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data- Experience working in hospital settings with doctors/medical practitioners (government/private) and other clinical and non-clinical stakeholders- Willing to work in small groups with minimal supervision and flexible work hours- Good networking and communication skills- Working knowledge of MS office- Word, Excel, Powerpoint- Enthusiastic about writing and dialogue,
