The company develops, manufactures and sells sensorsDescription- Develop the Indian subsidiary and push the growth of sales and service volume on a profitable margin basis- Develop key-account relationships and perform direct sales activities within your territory- Set goals and objectives, establish call plans and strategies for the regional sales team- Propose and implement appropriate growth strategies- Identify areas to pursue market expansion as well as new applications for existing technologies- Collect competitor information and improve our market intelligence- Define duties and goals for the office team- Full P&L responsibility- Participate in the development of the corporations general growth plans and programs- Establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges- Responsible for all aspects of sales functions for the territory- Establish standards within each territory or area for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety and on-time delivery.Profile- Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in the (industrial) sensor industry- Minimum 3 years successful management experience- Knowledge of process control, instrumentation industry and HVAC.
