JD for Marketing ExecutiveAbout The CompanyPurearth Infrastructure Limited is a joint venture between DCM Limited and Singaporean investors who bring with them the expertise and experience of creating contemporary landmarks. The company has two developments over 65 acres in the heart of Central Delhi Central Square and The Amaryllis.Key Responsibility AreasConceive and develop and execute efficient and intuitive marketing strategiesOrganize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional eventsCoordinate with the marketing agency to make sure that all marketing campaigns are being executed in a timely function.Manage social media and create content that can drive it.Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition venturesInitiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedicationMonitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performanceAssist the Leasing Manager with marketing strategies to lease out the space, and coordinate and manage any incoming enquiriesHandle site visits & customer meetings.Manage CRM, Contact Data and possible leadsQualificationExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.The candidate should have knowledge on marketing, market research, sales and facility management.Proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint and must be a computer savvy.Should have good analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.Have high adaptability to new situations and challenges.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising strongly preferredCertification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.Must be proficient in English and Hindi (Written and Spoken)2 to 3 years of similar experience in Commercial Real Estate developments
