MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manage properties 2. Sale/purchase/ Renting of properties 3. Calling to property consultants 4. Invite them to visit the space which are to be rented or sale 5. Customer relation 6. Round of building to see everything is okay (cleaning, encroachment etc)/ supervision 7. Marketing through emails, pamphlets, leaflets, whatapp, property websites etc 8. Ideas to enhance building popularity 9. Follow ups record in system 10. Script writing & practicing Qualifications: Min Graduate Experience: Should have atleast 1 year of experience in the same profile Skills: 1. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 2. Excellent verbal and written communication/ knowing hindi typing will be an addition advantage 3. Organised and able to meet deadlines 4.
