As the team is responsible for selling all Plancess Products, you will need to be the ultimate customer advocate. You will own the assigned escalation and work directly with the counsellors to resolve the issue in a way that not only makes the customer buy that product but surprises them by how well it is handled. As part of this, you will also own all the communications with the affected customer so they are always as up to date as possible. As well, you will help manage projects to improve the customer experience and make sure that customers take our product. Responsibilities: Manage all assigned technical escalations related to JEE, NEET & Foundation Competitive Exams and issues to full resolution, including buying that product Help maintain appropriate metrics reporting to drive process improvements and issue awareness Work extensively with cross-functional teams as an advocate of the customer and to manage the resolution of the customer issues that require cross-functional effort Manage individual escalations to improve the sales experience, internal tools, and the technical excellence of the products Manage periodic product specific training to the new recruits and existing sales counsellors Minimum qualifications B.
