Provide Microsoft Exchange email system support. Support and maintain Exchange 2013/2010. Provide Microsoft Windows Server operating system support. Create and manage users/groups in Active Directory. Monitor server performance and availability. Address operational systems issues including file and share permissions, user accounts and installing applications. Upgrade and replace server hardware where appropriate.Minimum Experience: 6+ years of IT experience 4+ years of Microsoft Exchange experience Good technical knowledge on MS operating system (Windows 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, and 2016) Administration and support on-premises Microsoft Active Directory Administration and support on-premises Microsoft Exchange 2013/2010 infrastructure Experience with creating, managing, and maintaining Exchange DAGs Experience upgrading Microsoft Exchange servers Extensive knowledge of end user support issues in relationship to Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013, Outlook and Mailbox management and support Experience working with relay servers and email gateway servers Experienced with PowerShell specifically for reporting, monitoring, and large scale tasks Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)Additional Experience Experience with multiple large scale cross forest Exchange migrations Extensive Active Directory management experience including Group Policy management Veritas Enterprise Vault experience is a plus Cisco IronPort experience is a plus Skype for BusinessLync experience is a plus Experience with Hybrid ExchangeExchange OnlineOffice 365 is a plus Experience with Azure AD is a plus Experience with Azure AD Connect is a plus Experience with Microsoft PKI infrastructure is a plus,
