Job Description

Title: National Product ManagerReporting to: Director, Product Marketing AsiaLocation: Mumbai/Bangalore/DelhiCoverage: IndiaAbout The CompanyOur client is the worlds leading innovator and manufacturer of advanced control and automation systems for the office, campus and home.Role Purpose The National Product Manager is expected to deliver Sales Excellence in Relationship Management, Opportunity Management and Business Management enabled through tools, processes, executive engagement and collaboration with extended teams. Together, they help build strong trusted advisor relationships yielding high customer happiness and goal attainment.Key Responsibilities

  • Building and leading a high-performance Pre Sales team to provide excellence in support services to the sales team and the sales initiatives.
  • Work with the Sales Leads to grow sales, driving strategic partnerships and alliances and driving revenue opportunities.
  • Form relationships with Consultants and Specifiers to help design systems, update products, gather market feedback and present roadmap information.
  • Assist in building and maintaining Alliance Partners (Microsoft, Zoom, etc.) in India & SAARC.
  • Gathering market feedback for the wider Sales audience on Competition but also for HQ product feedback and market trends
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams such as Marketing to develop market appropriate messaging
  • Establishing client as a market leader in Audio Visual, Unified Communication & IOT Solutions offering a complete end to end value proposition for customers
  • Work with customers, partners & influencers across different verticals like Financial, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Government, Education, Residential and Hospitality on how clients technology can help them accelerate their business outcome and improve their quality of living.
  • Managing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Competencies
  • 10 + Years of IT/AV/UC Pre-Sales or Technical experience
  • History of managing a team in Pre-Sales
  • Ability to influence and engage senior customer executives and business decision makers.
  • Awareness of UC/AV/IoT product solutions, Industry etc. an added advantage.
  • IT/AV/UC Certifications such as CCNA, CTS, Microsoft Certification
  • Excellent presentation skills and a strong understanding of culture and best business practices within India
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
  • Flexible to travel across India and SAARC region.
