Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Managing relationships with the service providing vendors and clients

Onboarding various service provider partners and finalising associations with them

Assigning task to existing partner vendors and taking confirmation

Updating and maintaining logs and spreadsheets for incoming and expected work

Coordinating and following-up with the clients and vendors for complete follow up

Reconciling payments to vendor partners and receipts from clients

Performing general office administrative and clerical duties

Focussing on getting the quality work done from the partner vendors in prescribed deadlines

Solving vendor s issues and problems

Achieving the client s satisfaction by meeting their requirements

Desired Profile:

Experience of 0-3 year for Operations Associate (Freshers can also apply)

Experience of minimum 2 years for Operations Manager

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Negotiation skills

Must be a graduate (Post graduate will be preferred)
