Job Description

  • Agile project managing small squads to support TPO Business Partners, and OD Leads on OD programs of work
  • Facilitate OD current state assessments including interviewing senior stakeholders, facilitating focus groups and workshops, identifying people changes
  • Support the analysis of workforce data to identify opportunities to optimize organizational structures, operating models, and ways of working
  • Consult with Business Partners to understand their business areas needs, and scope out initiatives to support their People strategy plan for Organizational Effectiveness
  • Develop people change impact assessment, and plan to support OD changes to be successful
  • Partner with others across the organization in support of the OD change plan, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Global Learning, EX, Talent & Careers, Executive Services, Total Rewards, Communications
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 5+yr of experience in Human resource with relevant experience in Organization Design, Organization Development or people change management.
  • Experience in Org Design & Development - experience in designing / assessing / developing changes plans for both the hard elements of an organization structures, frameworks, systems, policies, ways of working rules and metrics ( organization design ) and the soft elements of an organization its culture, capability, values, behaviors, and relationships (organization development)
  • Experience in supporting / facilitating / conducting an Org Design current state assessment e.g. Interviews, Review of key data points, Focus Groups, and documenting key findings and recommendations
  • Experience in project managing / change managing an org design initiative / restructure / reorg
  • Experience in implementing different operating models e.g. Centralized, Global, Matrix, Product
  • Confident with bringing together different people analytics data, to help facilitate decision making on
  • Strong process facilitation skills of leadership teams
  • People change skills / Stakeholder management
  • Management consulting experience
  • MBA HR
