Job Description

    Play Merchandising Associate:As a Play Merchandising Associate you will execute our clients site operations with a focus on editorial projects in the apps team.Responsibilities:Editorial Support
    • Support the team with Editorial requests
    • Create localised messaging for global and local store campaigns
    • Support the creation and improvement of tools and processes for Editorial programs
    • Support operational communications with external parties (developers, agencies, etc)
    • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional and international team environment
    Operations
    • Program all Editorial and merchandising projects as needed
    • Curate collections, manage art requests, keep project plans up to date
    • manage localization/translation requests
    • Support editorial operations for store events and promotional activities
    • Maintain training resources and documentation for the Editorial team
    • Research new and trending apps as well as test apps for quality
    Reporting
    • Operationally support data analysis by collating relevant metrics and creating reports
    Minimum Role Qualifications:
    • Fluency in English + native fluency in third language - Tamil/ Telugu/ Bengali + knowledge of Hindi
    • Business level fluency in English
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
    • Strong communication skills and collaborative working approach
    • BBA/BJMC (Mass comm or journalism graduates)
    Preferred Role Qualifications:
    • 6 months - 2 + years of relevant working experience
    • Previous experience with working on multiple projects at the same time
    • Comfortable working in ambiguous and changing environments
    • Interest in mobile games and can show some understanding of business landscape/industry
    • Previous experience in merchandising, marketing, digital, retail, tech, startup and/or content businesses
