Analyse current and historical data to bring out insights & provide actionable recommendations by ing qualitative reasoning on the quantitative output. Design innovative and analytical management reporting tools/template for insights and detailed analysis with quick turnarounds. Manage the existing analysis reports (Ad-Hoc Dashboards & Financial Performance Analysis) and pricing deliverables (Pricing decks for RFPs, Rate Sets, Compliance Reports, Benchmarks, etc.) with the existing Pricing and analysis team and improve the visibility and impact of the reports within global stakeholders. Drive Standardization and streamlining of existing reporting and analysis practices. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the entire analytical process from outlining the type of solution through implementation, and interpretation of results. Assist with reporting templates, process improvement and system efficiencies in order to bring standardization and improve service quality. Develop data-driven processes to enhance finance efficiency, cross-region process alignment and increased financial analysis capability. Engage with Directors, Pricing Specialists, and Executive teams to drive best practices in utilizing business intelligence platforms. Drive the development of Tableau, Excel & Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting utilizing multiple data sources Develop flexible solutions that will ensure scalability and adaptability of tools and processes Work as part of a highly skilled and knowledgeable team creating a go to , trusted and highly valued function Report to the Pricing Analytics head and work closely with team colleagues sharing knowledge Manage & own specific projects for both Pricing and Analysis teams and drive standardization and knowledge sharing. Bachelors/Masters from Top Tier colleges (Tier-1 Engineering and Management institutes) in quantitative field like Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field,
