Principal Engineer / Solution Architect| G+D en/ in/ career/ jobs/ Principal Engineer / Solution Architect This position shall be instrumental in designing solutions for embedded / smartcard domain. Tasks & Responsibilities: BE Telecommunications/ Computers, or any Branch but person must have worked in Telecommunications, payment systems, Smartcard, embedded technology (any or all of the mentioned arrears) C, C++, C#, J2ME, embedded systems Strong experience in C, C++ or J2ME in real- time embedded environment is required Knowledge and experience with complete Software Development Life Cycle in ISO or CMM environment is must Hands- on experience on embedded tools, compilers, emulators required Knowledge of Cryptology, Smartcard Operating system, Telecommunications (GSM) and Electronic Payment system, proven knowledge to work in processes according to CMMI (Level 3) Smartcard or Java card experience is preferred Soft Skills: Product First attitude and flexible approach to work is an absolute must Identify areas for improvement that will result in improving product efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adding value Exposure to work in cross- cultural multi- national development environment is desired Should have very strong leadership and general management experience in ITES, preferably experienced in product- oriented organizations Unquestionable, proven integrity and loyalty Structured, systematic, and decisive work attitude Able to work independently with diligence at all levels Initiative and drive for self- learning and self- improvement Good communication skills Very good English, fluently written and spoken Total : 10- 15 years of relevant experience in Embedded/ Telecommunications/ payment domain Relevant : Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in architecture/ design solutions for embedded/ telecom/ smartcard domain.
