We are preparing to roll out our Fuel / Energy monitoring and Optimization software / tool i.e StarConnect. We are looking for a candidate who will be the strategic driver and spider in the web, to bring all relevant people together to execute a smooth organizational transition followed by facilitating enhanced adoption and value mapping/creation.Show More Key responsibilitiesOwn, manage and continuously improve the StarConnect (SC) transition processes end-to-end Driving organizational alignment and defining responsibilities during & post transition including:o Working with Process Transformation Partners to identify & create the relevant processes and SOPs to anchor the new products in the organization. Both vessel and shore side.o Working with Platform Product Owners and Business SMEs to deliver and maintain a transition timeline & plan. And optimize this plan during the transition.o Setting up a framework for transition tracking visibility for the entire organization including communication channels for support teams to contact relevant Fleet Platform Scrum teams.o Working with the Change Management Partner for devising and executing a change strategy that closely links & supports the transition plan.o Working with the SC Support Scrum teams track support tickets, load & support capacity, that the transition will bring.o Working with above mentioned roles and Energy and Performance Operation team to define roles & responsibilities for support and behavioral hyper-care. (e.g., between Platform Scrum teams, Performance managers, VPS team, Voyage Execution team).o When support roles are clearly defined coordinating & driving weekly sessions with Hyper-care teams.o Driving themes for support vessel pre-deployment readiness, deployment execution, post deployment hyper-care, readiness to transition to SC.o Working with the Vessel Performance Management teams that will drive the Training execution of our users. Coordinating their feedback back into dev teams & transition plan. Maintain a strong overview of all StarConnect sub-products that will impact & contribute towards the transition away from MSPS. including:o Voyage Planning, Reporting, Port, Triton, Fleet Intelligence, Fleet Performance.o Working closely with all Platform Product Owners to track independent roll-out progress against the plan. Incl. SC+ vs SC transition plans.o Assisting to identify dependencies between the Platform Scrum teams & surfacing dependency issues. Working with the newly assigned Deployment Manager (Tech role) to track & document readiness of vessels for deployment. Adjusting the transition plans, as learnings are surfaced. Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, and schedule requirements. Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner. Responsible for coordinating implementation activities, providing effective team coordination, including information flow to and from operations during project work Monitor the effectiveness of installations and ensures that appropriate recommendations for change are made Liaise with business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of progress Promotes awareness of transition planning and support process and strategyShow More We are looking forExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work and team effectively with IT / Tech service groups and other business facing personnel on a global/ virtual basis. Knowledge of service transition methodology, tools, and templates. Develop and implement effective transition plans. Serve as the liaison between project / product managers and business owners. Have good project management skills and previous experience in project management and execution Have good organizational and analytical skills Possesses excellent stakeholder management skills and knowledge. IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in different project phases would be an advantage.
