Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesA PMP certified professional will be preferableProgram Manager the core responsibility of the candidate will be to manage the project portfolio related to aerospace and space domain. He/she will be responsible for development of a balanced project mix and prioritize individual projects as per business requirement

  • This role will require a seasoned professional responsible for planning, executing and analysing on-going projects and the ones in the pipeline in coordination with cross functional teams
  • Understand the program intricacies and key technical contributions to hold the discussion with customers as well as push the agenda with internal technical team to achieve the mile stones.
  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Developing a budget andope rating plan for the program.
  • Writing program proposals to support new opportunities
  • Managing a team
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality.
  • Manage scope changes as per project dynamics
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Analyse and monitor the program risks.
  • Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management skills and team management.
  • Manage, control and execute timely all developments related to his/her program coordinate all Program Work Packages to meet overall Quality Cost and Delivery commitments
  • Preparing Request for Proposals and Request for Quote and support Program Managers on standard methodologies, tools, techniques and resolving technical/functional issues.
