Key Responsibilities:
1. Being the face of the consulting firm, along with the team for the client
2. Defining the project objective along with the policies, plans and direction for meeting the same
3. Manage the project schedule and task details along with the Project Manager.
4. Outline a tracking and monitoring mechanism that can be used to gauge progress&across all departments. Leverage project management tools to gather insights& from reports, checklists and softwares.
5. Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Keep abreast of the industry trends and competitors.
6. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action. Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project
7. Lead regular presentations and communications for leadership; ensure all& stakeholders are informed about project progress, issues and achievements.
Note - This a full-time role in a remote capacity (till the situation becomes better) and later would require the consultant to be in Delhi NCR
Skills Required1. Hands on experience of working in Energy/renewable sector in PMO role is a must
2. Prior experience of working in the renewable/ energy /oil gas industry is a must
3. Ability to lead and drive a team efficiently; encourage teamwork and ensure that&the members are motivated
4. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
5. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools is mandatory
6. Stakeholder management
