Relevant Experience: At-least 5-8 years of relevant work experience Language Excellent English written and spoken skills and Hindi (Written and Spoken) Very strong Communication Skills & Documentation Skills for reporting and proposal writing. Should have to extensively travel to rural areas. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Writing reports and proposals to government / bi-lateral organizations and CSR Companies. Responsible for creating an alliance with various Govt. projects stakeholders at multiple Level. Develop and manage partnerships with government agencies / bodies., multi-lateral agencies, Companies CSR Wing. Responsible for Organization s Project operations- project management, team management, budget and timelines. Identify and reach out to Companies with proposals for CSR Projects in space of Skilling / Education Design and Implement the performance management system and MIS Insure Trainers at centers groom trainees and finally Counsel and Motivate trainees for jobs lined up. Insure the placement of candidates as per requirement of the skill programs. Find out the placement tie-ups with industries and organizations. Monitoring and ensure the Quality training of the students.,
